I GOT MY BIKE BACK AFTER 5 MONTHS.
Well, they got the job done. But now my motorcycle now has rust damage to some bolts, they told me my motorcycle now has a dead zone on the throttle only when you come out of idle or first gear. The rust damage is from it sitting outside/close to outside for 5 months without it being cleaned or covered.
Owning a bike in Branson apparently sucks.
Best service in SW Missouri. Live in Springfield. I drive to Branson West for their service. Very good.
Wrong. All I needed was a Carb on my bike replaced, was initially told it would take 5 days.

Had my bike worked on by two different places before I bought it here, don't trust these backwoods out of the way mechanics anymore, figuring I'd get it right this time going to a dealership.
It just cuts out now, keep in mind, I never had these problems before with the bike.
What sucks even more was the bike was a gift to me from my stepfather, which I had to give back because I can't afford the repairs or the upkeep of the bike anymore, who knows what else is wrong with the bike now. Doesn't matter anyways, cause you can't trust any of these mechanics around here. You're better taking it up to Springfield and skipping Branson/Ozark area.
Apparently, thier main mechanic quit, every time they ordered a part it was the wrong one, or "call back in another two weeks.". Had to literally go down to the shop myself and ask about my bike in order for them to get the ball rolling.

Can't speak for the customer sales part of this place, but I can share my experience with the service and repair area.
I took my jet ski there and it sat at their shop for 3 months and they did work that the jetski didnt even need. I picked it up and it still didnt run, after i paid $900 dollars to get fixed. DONT TAKE ANYTHING HERE! They dont know what they are doing.
