Extremely rude. The customer service that they have given to family is horrific. Any man that can be so disrespectful to a lady doesn't deserve business from honest paying customers. Dennis really needs help with customer skills. I don't understand why he would keep someone's money when service is not being used? When trying to speak with Dennis he was very loud and aggressive.
