we listed our condo with Gary and Cathy on Monday, and by Thursday we had a good offer, but by the second day we had a second offer, and it was a price bid to the highest buyer, so i felt that they were very fair to us the sellers as well as the potential buyers. Closed within the 30 days, and they were on vacation for 16 days but they or their office called us on any important updates, I would highly recommend this couple, felt like they earned their commission.
