I was very lucky to go to Oakley's. A friend and her husband buy all their vehicles there and I was told that they are honest and that the customer service was great. It was!! Courtney and Chris were great !!!, and everyone I met was friendly. I am very happy with my vehicle, and having the new Oakley Service Center makes me feel safe. Courtney and Chris, thank you so much for all your help and the time you spent explaining things to me from costs to how to operate the radio/CD system & more!!!

We worked with Tom and had a wonderful experience! Tom was honest with us about pricing and our options and they were more than willing to work with us and answer any questions we had. I do recommend doing your research about realistic payment prices and what you can afford when buying a car, but we walked in with a monthly payment amount in our heads an they made it happen. It was a positive environment with absolutely no pressure. All other dealerships made us feel like Chum thrown into shark infested water, but at Oakley we were pleasantly surprised to find it was a very casual and fun experience. I will be recommending Tom and Oakley Auto World to family and friends.
